Sr. Test Manager for Lionbridge Technologies

Seasoned test manager with 11-15 years of experience in Managing large teams, should have experience in the following areas:

1.Awareness of test process and test methodologies (especially agile testing, all test activities, V model, prototype model..)

2.Functional analysis of the requirements

3.Understanding of automation, performance, security testing and past experience in automation is must

4.Should be able to guide the team in testing fundamentals and automation

5.Creating test Plan, test strategy for manual and automation testing

6.Experience in implementing automation framework

7.Monitor manual as well as automation projects

8.Must have thorough understanding if test design techniques.

9.Estimation, Status reporting of the all the projects

10.Should be a good people manager especially setting the expectation, handling conflicts

11.Hands on project management activities and tools like microsoft project.

12.Must have worked on proposals and solutions for the customer

13.Should have managed onsite Vs Offshore teams for 3+ years
