QA Engineer for Kenexa

This position is for a Quality Assurance Engineer, testing a Java based web application.

1. Creation of Test scenarios and Test cases by analyzing the functional specifications.

2. Testing the web based applications using the available test cases and validating the Kenexa applications for the expected behavior.

3. Logging the new defects and work towards the closure of defects, verifying the client reported issues and work towards the closure.

4. B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech./MCA in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field, from a reputed university with an aggregate of at least 65%.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Knowledge on performance, load, stress testing or functional test automation.

2. Back end data verification and validation (especially SQL).

3. Certifying and validating supported browsers, certifying and testing new browsers.

4. Certified tester e.g. Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE) or Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) Or ISTQB.

5. Exposure to Human Resources domain a plus.
