Windows & Non-Windows OS Skills (Preferable Linux, Solaris, etc.)
Defect Life Cycle
Web testing (knowledge of cookies, session, and broken links)tools Specific Knowledge(Preferable soapUI/QTP)
Scripting Knowledge(Preferable VBScript, Basic, etc.)
Defect triage and root cause analysis.
Nonfunctional testing (Load, Performance, Security, Internationalization, Backend etc.)
