Can anybody share their common bugs while testing an Mobile Applicatin?

If somebody is aware about the topic "Cross Browser Testing Tool " Suggest some Cross compatibility testing tools that are freely downloadable. It would be highly appreciable if you provide relevent URL path also.

Recently came accross one issue where there are multiple bugs referred to the same test case. So I am confused right now whether to write different test case on that or give the same Test case Id for both of them.

I want to know involvement of developers/testers in testing levels in detal.

Recently came accross one issue like-
There is one grid in the application with scroll bar . Now requirement is like header of that grid should remain static even though user scroll downs the records in the grid.
Now my issue is while logging this defect in the defect report what should I write in defect type column.
